Abstract: Chlorophyll-a concentrate on sea surface used Spectrophotometer tool was analyzed at Inner Ambon Bay in March, May and July 2009. Result shows monthly vary on concentrate at each research spot. Highest concentrate found at in shore near mangroves ecosystem of Passo while the lowest one was found at middle region of Inner Ambon Bay.
