Abstract: The aims of this research are : 1) to study the way of using Sipuncula (peanut worm) by people at coastal beach on Negeri Nalahia and Negeri Ameth in Nusalaut Island, Center Mollucas. 2) to find Sipuncula’s nutrition profile. The research method has been doing by two way activity, the first is field activity, which containing : quisioner scatter, interview, and observation. The second is non-field activity, which containing : observation and experiment which have been done in some laboratory. In this research, there is some parameter of the analysis are : water content, protein, fat, ash, carbohydrate, mineral : Calsium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), Phosfor (P), Iod (I2), vitamine A, B1, B6, B12, and vitamine C. The results showed that generally the biologically using of Sipuncula by people in Nusalaut Island is keep the population and its living good, but economically it does not give more advantages to local people yet. The nutrition content of Sipuncula in Nusalaut Island are different by its location, but have complete composition with water content value between 75,96-79,21%, protein 16,88-17,13%, fat 0,22- 0,27%, carbohydrate 1,03-3,85%, ash 2,41-3,04%, Calsium 6,16- 11,42%, Magnesium 2,70-2,82%, Phosfor 0,98-1,09%, Iod 5,90- 6,65%, Vitamine A 656,65 mcg, Vitamine B1 0,257 mg, Vitamine B6 0,2205 mg, Vitamine B12 0,309 mcg, and Vitamin E 5,528 mg. Sipuncula have been proved as a delicious food materials and has a rich nutrient.
