Abstract:	One model approach to the management of fisheries resources is a Community-Based Management (CBM), the easiest examples can be found is sasi lompa in the village Haruku, namely a ban on catching of fish lompa (Trisina baelama) for a certain period of time. This research aims to analyze the economic value of production losses sasi lompa and analyze the magnitude of changes in the productivity of the region sasi lompa in Haruku village. The data was collected through surveys and interviews, as well as from secondary data. Data analysis used analysis of changes in value of production of marine protected areas according to Fauzi and Anna (2005). The results showed that there has been a decrease the quality of the area sasi lompa, resulting in loss of economic value of production over a period of 7 (seven) years of the "open sasi" is for Rp 127.500.000, and have been changes in the productivity of the area sasi lompa for Rp 336.750.000 or an average per year for Rp 52.392.857, which in 2001 was a year of productivity changes in the area sasi lompa.
