Abstract:	Sea cucumber is one of the fishery commodities which having good prospect in future development. Sea cucumber has high price in trading so there is high global demand in the market. Due to it, sea cucumber stock in nature has been decreased in number. One of the ways to maintain its stock is cultivated. The aim of the study was to know the size distribution of sea cucumber rearing in pen culture. Pen culture was constructed on sized 36m2 and six species of sea cucumber were collected and reared during March 2014 namely Holothuria atra, H. edulis, H.scabra, Bohadschia similis, B. tenuissima and Actinopyga mauritiana. The results showed that the six species had different various of size both for length and biomass. The relative growth pattern of the six species was negative allometric.
