Abstract: Strawberry conch (Strombus luhuanus) is one of marine gastropods species which used by local community living in coastal area as a source of protein besides fishes. This gastropod always collect by local community with variable of size. This research was conducted in intertidal zone of Oma Village, Haruku Island from Juli to Agustus 2014 with the objective was to analyze the morphometric variation and length-weight relationship of S. luhuanus. Sampling was done during low tide. The individual of S. luhuanus collected by random collection, and some morphometric parameters i.e shell length, shell depth, spire heigth, apperture length, apperture width and shell depth were measured by using digital caliper. The result showed that shell length of S. luhuanus varied between 28 and 50 mm, while its shell width varied between 13 and 34 mm. S. luhuanus has low spire and its body form is oval or conical based on the ratio between shell length and shell width, spire height, apperture length, apperture width and shell depth. Relative growth patten of S. luhuanus was allometric negative.
