Abstract:	The objective of this research was to know and to analysis the farmer participation of Bali cattle breeding development activity in Raja Ampat Regency. This research was conducted by using the survey method, on 218 respondents. The result showed that knowledge, motivation, and participation of breeder were very low rate (< 25.0) in the development of beef cattle in Raja Ampat. It is suggested that in the implementation to develope or to increase the beef cattle production and populations in the future, the local government should be activated include the farmer to prioritize the program such as the increased knowledge and breeder farm workers through internships, counseling and training.
