| Abstract: | Antioxidant is molecule or compound which can give electron (electron donor). Antioxidant system protects tissue from free radical negative effect by neutralizing free radicals and other reactive species. Free radical is relating to pathology of malaria. Administration of antioxidant like vitamin E. ascorbic acid, vitamin A, and riboflavin is expected to be able to reduce free radical activity in malaria infection reducing the degree of parasitemia, decreasing of cells apoptosis and faster healing. |
