Abstract:	Community Customary Law that live in communities in various regions in Indonesia, including in Maluku Province is a reality that is often ignored and marginalized in development primarily for the acquisition and utilization of natural resources which become the foundation of life is poverty implications. In order to maintain their rights over natural resources and use them properly, then the Government should give a fair treatment and opportunity for customary law community to be involved in determining the utilization of natural resources under their control at territory, as well as with private parties who obtain permission management natural resources customary law community concerned, to provide support in ways that can improve peoples welfare.
