Abstract:	This research aims to identify and analyze Effect Against Rice Production Level Waeapo the District Public Welfare is measured with rice production variable(X 1 ), Land area (X 2 ) and Population (X 3 ) by using the Time Series 2003-2012 data is then analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative methods is by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that the production of rice (X 1 ), Land area (X 2 ) and Population (X 3 ) significantly affects the level of welfare in the District Waeapo Buru. Based on the research results obtained value of F statistic of 2.700357 > 2.64963 This shows that the hypothesis H 0 and H a accepted, and is therefore explained that the production of rice (X 1 ) and Population (X 3 ) significantly influence the level of welfare in the District Waeapo Buru.
