Abstract:	This study aimed to examine the effect of dimension of supply chain collaboration on inter-organizational trust and their impact on the operating performance. The population in the study was all members of the company include general managers, owners, and the board of directors and administrative staff in the company, especially which related to supplier-retailer relationship or retailer-supplier in Maluku. The analytical method in this study used Path Analysis on variant based (Partial Least Square). The results showed a positive effect information sharing, decision synchronization and incentive alignment on inter-organizational trust. The results also showed that inter-organizational trust had positive effect on operating performance.
