| Abstract: | Usually in the middle enrly and also of the end of pray often happens during the construction projects change orders. Causes the projects change orders may addition al time and expense in the project. The aim of this research is to know the causes of change order and the influences of change orders. Research data is obtained by distributing quessionnaire to 33 specialize in road, bridge, bulding, and water supply facility construction in Ambon. The research findings show causes of change order in road construction there is 13 causes, existing causes are 7 causes, the project of building is 19 causes and the projects clean water is 10 causes from all existing causes. The impacs of change orders to four type of project is to schedules of labours and project except for the building project happened the improvemer the expense of projects. The result ANOVA the is two equalitys of opinion of contractors to faur type project of to element causes of CO for example as: First of equaliys of opinion of the contractors about acceleration of schedule pepreseting causes of CO, the two to is third party intervention and change of policy of politics/economic, government, this opinion not such a cauces of CO. |
