Abstract: Red brick is the part of the material that use to make buildings, houses and the other things. In general, technology which use to make the red brick is manually, for example in the crushed process of clay using human foot. Many tools have been created to crushed the clay. That purpose is to increase the capacity of the product. The aim of this research is to develop the technology of crushed of clay using pneumatic technology. The pneumatic installation planning in clay crushed machine using cascade method. The reason of use this method are cascade method can complete the complicated of the pneumatic installation manufacture with valve limits are 4 pieces and the working fluid of pneumatic cylinder is the air that can be obtained in the world without pay. Installation of the crushed clay machine using 3 cylinder pneumatic. They are A, B, and C cylinder which diameter cylinder is 3,23 cm and the force is 50 kilograms. The testing of pneumatic installation preparation to the suitability with the cylinder work steps are maked by simulation using the pneumatic software in computer. The simulation result is A and B cylinder move up and down according to the movements of human foot in crushed process. The speed of cylinder movement can be controlled according to the needs. Cylinder C move up and down to move the tub that containing clay. That speed can controlled according to the needs.
