Abstract: There has been many development of solar energy to be used as alternate energy. Numbers of experiments is conducted to achive maximum result. Such thing has happen for solar stove parabolic type with level off combination. Further experiment needs to be conducted to see how well the performance of this stove. The object of this experiment is to see the diameter variation of absorbser without fluid on the stagnation temperature that can be achive by this stove.Pan that been used in this experiment is ordinary pan for house hold. The pan is painted black to absorb the solar that hits it. The diameter of pan variated from 15 cm, 20 cm, and 25 cm. The result is expected to achive stagnation of temperature on each absorbting pan. The stove use is diameter 100 cm with parabolic height of 50 cm, and focus of 16 cm from the bottom of parabolic.Result of this experiment is with pan diameter of 25 cm with area comparison (L/I) of 16 produce stagnation temperature of 230 oC, pan diameter 20 cm with area comparison (L/I) of 25 produce stagnation temperature of 246 oC, while pan diameter of 15 cm with area comparison (L/I) of 44.45 produce stagnation temperature of 262 oC.
