Abstract:	Growth of Chlorella spp in culture with some inoculums density have been studied for supporting natural food resource in culture of fishery. The objective of this research was to observe the growth of Chlorella spp culturing in Walne medium with inoculums density 105 cell/mL, 106 cell/mL and 107 cell/mL. Although culture of the third inoculums density have been the same condition was temperature 26 0C, lux intensity 5935 lux, pH 8,5 and salinity 30 0/00, results of this experiments further indicated that culture Chlorella spp with inoculum density 105 cell/mL have growth better than culture Chlorella spp with inoculum density 106 cell/mL and 107 cell/mL.
