Abstract: Nusantara Perdana Motor Ship using a Diesel Engine as it is main engine. The Diesel engine of four stroke type has activator of valve which is function to include mixture fuel air to process combustion into cylinder and mechanism activator of valve to out gas result of combustion. If admission valve opened by then cylinder room in of piston relate to channel throw away or atmosphere. Mechanism activator of valve which is usually weared by using cam axis (cam shaft) coresponding with lever bar (push rod) later then relate to arm swing (rocker arm) later on can open and close valve during taking place activity process it. Because of long time operation, cam curvature size has wearing out (change in clearence). The aim of this research is to analysis influence of wearing out of curvature size toward engine power. From the result of kinematics and thermodynamics calculation of engine cycle, it is find that engine power decresead as much as 38,746 HP.
