| Abstract: | Based on the rules and regulation of the law that rules political parties and elections it shows that Indonesia utilize the multi parties system in the election implementation. It is related to the governance as a form of a government system (Presidential System), where it is proven that the multiple parties system result in an in-effective and in-efficient government. Changes in the system should be done from multiple parties to two-parties. This to guarantee and effective and efficient governance. |
