Abstract:	Sadeng, which located in Yogyakarta Province, has enormous potential fisheries resources. Part of Fishers are small scale fisheries industry. The aims of research determined the aspects of small scale fisheries effort that covering technical aspects, productivity aspects, social aspects and financial aspects. Base on technical aspects, fishers use outboard motor boats, gillnet monofilament as fishing gear and total fisher in a boat from 2 to 3 person. In addition, the productivity of outboard motor boat fishing unit has 19.8 kg/trip. Furthermore, there is two types of fishers which are local fishers and immigrant fishers and fishers income are higher compared to standart regional income. Moreover, financial aspects show that the profit of this fishing effort is Rp 44,599,250.00 per year, revenue cost ratio(R/C ratio) is 1,55 and Payback Periode is 0,80.
