Abstract:	The studies of seaweed biodiversity and diversity species was concuted in Baguala buy, Mollucas Province. The transek line method of seaweed (standing crop), was used to study of biodiversity diversity species of seaweed. The biodiversity species of seaweed in research locations was found that station 3 in Baguala buy haigt species seaweed there are 53 species seaweed consisting of 19 species of Rhodophyceae, 13 species of Phaeophyceae and 15 species of Chlophyciae. The Gracilaria, Halimeda and Padina species are dominant species is the region. The ecological condition was carried out discussed by this paper.
