Abstract: Pule (Alstonia scholaris L. R Br) is one type of plants that contain antioxidant flavonoids, saponins and polifenol, which supposedly can lower parasitemia of mice (Mus musculus) infected Plasmodium berghei ANKA in vivo. The purpose of this reserch was to determine the effect of methanol extract of pule (Alstonia scholaris L. R Br) against reduction parasitemia of mice (Mus musculus) infected Plasmodium berghei ANKA in vivo as well ED50 methanol extract of pule in lower percent parasitemia mice. Mice weighing 20-30 grams in Plasmodium berghei infection of 0.1 ml per cow and left until the percent parasitemia reached 1-5%. Then the mice (Mus musculus) were given methanol extract of pule (Alstonia scholaris L. R Br) with doses of 1, 10, 100 and 200 mg / kg for 4 consecutive days and the lapse observations until day 6. The results of this reserch indicate that the methanol extract of pule (Astonia scholaris L. R Br) can lower the percent parasitemia of mice (Mus musculus) infected with Plasmodium berghei ANKA. Dose of 1 mg / kg BB weight of 66.18%, a dose of 10 mg / kg BB weight of 77.46%, a dose of 100 mg / kg BB weight of 98.04%, and a dose of 200 mg / kg BB weight of 99.02%. The results of probit analysis showed ED50 methanol extract of pule trunks coolie 0.234 mg / kg BB.
