| Abstract: | Target Tuberculosis control program is the achievement of the discovery of new smear positive patients at least 70% of the existing estimates in the population and curing 85% of all patients as well as maintain it. Figures Case Detection Rate (CDR) of Maluku province in 2008 amounted to 37% further increase in 2009 to 64%. Then for 2010 CDR Maluku up to 73% but for the District of Buru in 2010 the case detection rate is only 44%, and health center clinic Airbuaya is the least number of TB case findings. The purpose of this study is to increase discovery and suspected TB cases through the efforts of the development of health center (clash) in the District of Buru. With the empowerment of sub health centers, it can also boost the coverage rate and the discovery of suspected TB cases at health centers and district Airbuaya Buru.In this study using the methodology of "experimental" field. Pustu principle experiments comparing the intervention with no intervention that clash. Study was conducted to assess whether there are effects of the intervention In this study using the methodology of "experimental" field. Study was conducted to assess whether there is the influence of intervention.Airbuaya Pustu in health centers with the form, officers detected suspected Pustu then collect sputum and perform fixation on the object glass, and then carried by the staining and reading of TB clinic staff. Then give the Anti tuberculosis (OAT) to patients with suspected TB stated. With the development of pustu services can enhance the discovery of TB suspects and cases, people became happy because of easier access to health care, cost less and increase the coverage of health centers and district. |
