Abstract:	Stem cancer on Duku has become an epidemic in Jambi province. The intensity of the disease increased from 36.9% in 2006 to 47.56% in 2012. Environment as a factor that influences on the disease epidemic should be identified for disease control strategies. This study assessed weather elements such as air temperature, air humidity, soil temperature, rainfall and rainy days which were associated with disease intensity in the field. The results showed the soil temperature and humidity were always positively correlated to the progression of the disease in the field, mean while the air temperature, rainfall and rainy days influenced differently.
