Abstract: Genetic improvement in a plant breeding program of self pollinated crops is often limited by two constraints: 1) disability to assess the best performance of genotypes that are caused by genetic or environment influences, especially in the situation of low heritabilities; and 2) disability to quickly detect the transgressive segregate of a quantitative trait in the a segregation of population that are filial of crossing. Using of data moving average of controlling genotypes of the pure line to adjusting data of all individuals in segregation of generations will estimate the expected genotypic value of genotypes, so that the environmental influence can be depressed. On the other hand, use of control genotypes variance of a pure line and cultivation according nested design can be exploited fully to quickly detect homozygous transgressive segregate from a set of family, starting from F3 filial. Expected genotypes value and result of homozygous segregate transgressive can be used hereinafter to detect relatives information in execution of selection, especially at self pollinated crops.
