Abstract:	Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which consists of three main variables, namely perceived usefulness (perceived usefulness), perceived ease of use (perceived ease of use), and acceptance of IT. Analytical techniques used are the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the respondent company's services or services of architects planners as much as 109 respondents. The results showed perceived ease of use has positive and significant impact on perceptions of usefulness of Auto CAD software. Then the perception of usefulness (perceived usefulness) has positive and significant impact on acceptance (acceptance) of IT. Furthermore, perceived ease of use software has positive and significant impact on acceptance (acceptance) of IT. Hopefully with this evidence can provide convenience in helping activities as well as the designer of an object can be perceived for companies and project owners.
