Abstract:	This study aims to examine how the implementation of the use of web-based learning or e-learning. The analysis used in this study is the deskriptif analysis with random sampling. Samples totaling 50 samples. The sample in this study is the high school teachers in the city of Ambon. Questionnaires was given to 50 samples, but the questionnaires were returned and analyzed worth the 42 questionnaires. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to each participant in the research samples using Gutman Scale. Each selection is accompanied by the reasons respondents. Based on data collection through questionnaires obtained 29% of respondents answered once and 71% of respondents answered never. Reason given by respondents broadly consistent with studies conducted by Wong (2008) and Wahono (2007) which indicate that the use of e-learning methods is highly dependent on the importance of mastery of information and communication technology as well as the importance of procurement of components that make up the e- learning.
