Abstract:	The research on inter-species association of sea grass Ketapang waters on West Seram regency was conducted from September to October 2008. The aims of the research were to identify seagrass species, to know inter-species association of seagrass. Seagrass species found were 7 species which belongs to 6 genera and 2 families. Family Potamogetonacea consisted of 3 genera which Syringodium, Halodule, Cymodocea and 4 species: S. isoetifolium, H. pinifolia, C. serrulata, C. rotundata. Family Hydrocharitacea consists 3 genera namely Enhalus, Halophila, Thalassia, and 3 species which E. acoroides, H. ovalis, T. hemprichii. Species pairs owning biggest association that is Cymodocea rotundata by Halodule pinifolia with the its dot correlation value equal to 0.45 while species pairs with owning smallest association that is Cymodocea rotundata by Thalassia hemprichii with the its dot correlation value equal to -0.39.
