Abstract: | Technology is an instrument or instruments that make use of resources is more useful in maintaining the necessities of life. In the salt production activities, technology transfer saltern has an important role in improving the competence of human resources, productivity and product quality of salt which can increase the value- added. In Indonesia, there are three types of process technology saltern, namely: (1) the total crystallization system, (2) multilevel crystallization systems, and (3) a system of cooking salt. |
