Abstract: Pile loaded behavior with axial or verticalloads is a very complicated and complex. Especially on the bored pile, the mechanism and behavior of axial load due to the straight effect on the soil around the pile and at the end of the pile (bottom land) is avery interesting topic. This research uses the data and cyclic loading of geo technical instruments mounted on the pile with the load transfer analysis method to analyze the load transfer mechanism on the bored pile.This researchis conducted for a case studyat 8th Residence project, Senopati Street, Jakarta on1 bored pile of 100 cm-diameter, length of34m,and mounted VWSG instrument in 12 points and also 3 Tell-tale extensometer. Characteristics study ofthe interface element between the concrete and soil is modeled in the laboratory using direct shear test. This test shows that the shear stress and displacement result from the laboratory tests was higher than the result of instrument data from the field. This is due to boundary effects both in terms of dimensions and working loads.The results of this research using the load transfer mechanism on the bored pile analysis indicate that the pile friction resistance is more dominant than the end of the pile. This can be proved by the load transfer curve based on thei nstrumentation data.
