Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the influence of brand image on brand satisfaction on blackberry mobile phone users in the City of Ambon. Population which is the object of research is all blackberry mobile phone users in City of Ambon. Data collection techniques in this research is survey method. The sample size used in this study is 200 people. The result showed that brand image and satisfaction positive effect on brand satisfaction. While for analyzing the data used Partial Least Square (PLS)
