Abstract:	Obtain a higher profit is the goal of every company. To obtain a higher profit, the company should be able minimizing expenses and operating efficiency. PT. Nisso Bahari is one job shop manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of aquarium tanks with varying product sizes. In order to survive in this business field and can be trusted by consumers, the company needs to improve services for consumers. Factors that concern the company that should be corrected at this time is the inaccuracy time delivery of products to consumers. This study uses the concept of supply chain management to outline management of the flow of materials, information and funds throughout the supply chain, from suppliers, component manufacturers, assemblers, distribution and finally to konsumen.Berdasarkan simulation scenarios for the selected repair is done by adding the scenario 3 1 machine cutting of glass and 4 carriers, 1 bending machine and one operator, one machine corner and one operator and one machine washing dryer and 2 operators in order to obtain the total waiting time 30955.7714 minutes with output increasing the average number of aquarium as much as 6872 fruit.
