Abstract:	The objectives of the research were: (1) to determine level to use of small pelagic resources at Central Moluccas; (2) to analyze the value of exploited of small pelagic resources at regime Maximum Economic Yield, Maximum Sustainable Yield and Open Access. The result of the research were as follows: (1) At 1995 year until 1998 and 2004 until 2010 indicated that the exploitation level had been overfishing because actual production more than conserve production, (2) although total effort and production at MSY regime (22,283.43 trip/year and 42,680.79 ton/year and economic value was Rp. 104,124,070,000), MEY regime (18,389.24 trip/year, 41,377.87 ton/year and economic value is 109,010,010,000). Indicate MEY regime is efficiency in economic and conserve (3) At open access regime small production is24, 617.07 ton/year while high effort total is 36,778.49 trip/year and economic value is Rp. 0. This case indicated that the small pelagic resources were pressure because of less biomass (in biology) and less profit economic (in economic).
