Abstract: The disease caused by the bacterium Vibrio sp. resulted in high mortality often either partially or bulk. The use of chemicals and antibiotics were less effective because it can cause a side effect as well as the risk of emergence of resistant strains. Precautions disease prevention is an alternative that is more effective, such as by inhibiting bacterial administration. The purpose of the study was to determine bacterial isolates isolated from mud ponds vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). From the test results, then isolation antagonism was tested against Vibrio harveyi, V. parahaemolyticus and V. alginolyticus either singly or in combination on TCBSA media in vitro. The results of the study of isolation and identification of bacteria associated with the mud ponds vannamei shrimp were found five types of bacteria such as Bacillus subtillis, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Pseudomonas sp. and Proteus mirabillis. The results of the study showed that the antagonism test combination treatment between Bacillus subtillisbacteria and Pseudomonas sp. had the greatest inhibition TCBSA media and test results inhibition in liquid media indicated that the combination of these bacteria can inhibit the growth of Vibrio harveyi, V. parahaemolyticus and V. alginolyticus at a density of 10 4 dying on the 3rd day of the five-day observation interval.
