| Abstract: | To be able to generate a budget structure that in line with expectations and the normative condition of the budget that is essentially a quantitative elaboration of the goals and objectives of the local government as well as the duties and functions of units work to be arranged in a structure oriented to the achievement of certain performance levels. This study aimed to examine the effect of the budget on the performance characteristics of interest Maluku provincial government officials. Respondents in this study is the middle and lower-level managers, which consisted of officials one level below Head of Department, Head of Section, Head of Sub Office and the head of the services that exist in environment of the local government within the scope of Maluku Provinde government as much as 15 Office. The sampling is done by coating the Purpose Sampling. Hypothesis test by using multiple regression analysis. The research proves that the budgetary participation and budget evaluation significant effect on the performance of government officials Maluku Province. While the budget goal clarity, feedback budget and budget goals difficulty are not effect on the performance of government officials Maluku Province. |
