Abstract: This study was aimed to analyze Conceptual Model by reviewing the Analysis of influence of work satisfaction and organization commitment on employess’ work motivation at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPEDDA) Institution in Maluku. The Model can be interpreted as an estimation that employess’ job satisfaction is a determination for the success of the organization. Having relatively high commitment of the employess then it is expected that it would motivate them to work better. The sample of this research was 60 employees of BAPEDDA Maluku. It is necessarily to do some test before analyzing the data gained to fit the assumptions required in multivariate dat analysis (validity and reliability, multivariate outlier, multicolinerity or singularity). Structural Analyzisis is used and measurement model of Confirmatory Factors Analysis is also used for data processing. Using AMOS 4.01 the results shows thet work satisfaction of employess has positive influence on the organizational commitment. Another finding is that work satisfaction of the employess in turn positifely influences their work motivation. On the contrary the organizational commitment does not positively influence the work satisfaction of the employees.
