Abstract: | Development of welder technology along with having swell it science and technology. Most all industrial areas requires quality of good welder causing is required knowledge and skilled in welder engineering. Mean knowledge must be followed skilled high, so that to get result of welder top nattily is required a weld expert had expertise knowledge and skilled perfect welder. Based on definition from Deutsche Industrie Not-men (DIN) that welder process is a metallurgy bond at metal joint or alloy metal executed in a state of melt or liquid. Starting from defintion can be formulated that weld is local joint from some metal slabs by using temperature dissociation energy of diatomic. Hot after table from the electric arc hence tip of electrode and mains metals will melt and ossifies together. Temperature yielded from electric arc burning hardly depended from strong usage of current, temperature yielded will make temperature will increase so that steel atoms properly will obtain motive power in crystal grating to solvent of weld and strength from the welder. |
