Abstract:	MKRI court decision for case number 1/SKLN-VIII/2010 authorities of state institutions in the dispute between the Bupati Maluku Tengah and chairman DPRD Maluku Tengah of the Minister of Home Affairs that states the petition cannot be accepted (niet onvankelijk verklaard) have not provided legal certainty. In legal reasoning, MKRI opinion that the petition be more focused on conflict of law rules. However, the MOJ should focus on aspects of the action taken by the Minister of the Interior as a state institution which is the analytic objection of cases referred.
