| Abstract: | Globalization Phenomenon is confessed has brought positive influence for Indonesia nevertheless realized also has affected big enough negative for Indonesia. Negative Impact is referred as is the increasing of number of badness statistic transnational. This condition can be seen from existence of 10 bad transnational that expand during five this the last years.
