Abstract:	Most of industry in Indonesia has apply to Controlled the quality product for reaching the standard quality. The control, there is use for each production phase or some certain phase. However, until now, the characteristic measurement of quality process is usually using in manual. In this final project tried to created software that used to monitoring production process.The result had some characteristics of quality, that is length, width and thickness that recorded by micro controller and it send in the PC with serial port. From the data that had recorded in table of database, to analysis with some quality control device, that is Average Control Chart (X), Variance (R), Histogram and also capability index process. Several of recommendation from the summary of data analysis can be expected to used as form for repairing the next quality process
