Abstract: The success of a project, management requires a good implementation. In addition to planning, one of the functions that greatly affect the final outcome of the project control functions, with the main objective is to minimize the distortion that can occur during the project. In relation to cost control and time, one of the methods used are the concept of Value Results (Earned Value Concept). The concept of value is a result of project control methods that integrate the cost and time in an integrated manner. Application of the criteria of this concept is a manifestation of the implementation of Value Management System Results (Earned Value Management System - EVMS). This study aimed to assess the extent of application of EVMS and project management aspects of what are the most dominant influence on the executive level of implementation of construction services in the city of Ambon. Statistical analysis was conducted on questionnaire data obtained from executing construction / contractor, which indicates that most firms implementing construction services in the city of Ambon are familiar concept of value will result, but its application is still not maximized and not evenly. While the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis indicates that: 1) aspects of the organization, 2) aspects of planning, scheduling and budgeting, 3) aspects of the accounting system, 4) aspects of the analysis and management reports and 5) aspects of the revision and improvement of data simultaneously have a significant influence on level implementation of EVMS. Aspects that have a dominant influence on the level of implementation of EVMS is the aspect of the analysis and Managemen treports.
