Abstract:	Overlapping between industrial copyrights and design in practice generates interpretation difficulties. the Government revises Industrial Design Law and changes stelsel konstitutif to become deklaratif especially for protection of industrial design in illusory world, flimsily of difference if seen from the protection object, hence difficult to draw protection difference between Copyrights and Desain Industri causing results existence of overlaping creature cum right. There are two alternative of protection, but esensi arrangement object of protection of law in design area that is masterpieces in the form of product that is basically is -patern- applied membuat/ to produce goods recuringly.
