| Abstract: | In accordance with article 145 paragraph (2), and paragraph (3) Law no. 32 In 2004 the cancellation of local regulation authority is the authority of the President. However, the provisions of article 18 paragraph (5) and Article 189 of Law No. 32 of 2004 also authorizes the minister of interior for the cancellation of the Regulation on Regional Budget, Taxes, Levies, Spatial Planning Area, the draft Regulation as an evaluation area is found contrary to public interest and/or legislation that higher, which is returned for repair, but not fixed yet in force its adoption by the Governor to the Provincial Regulations. |
