Abstract: This research was conducted to study the effect of fed red fruit oil (RFO) in broiler chicken to body weight, carcass and liver of broiler. Eighty day old chickens (DOC) placed in four groups of different treatments, namely: P0 (control diet / without addition of oil), P1 (2% RFO), P2 (4% RFO) and P3 (6% RFO). Each feed treatment group consisted of four replications each with five birds. Broiler chickens reared for 41 days. The design used was Completely randomized design (CRD) with Duncan multiple range Test (DMRT). The results showed that body weight was not significantly and the highest in P2 (977 g/bird); carcass weight and carcass percentage also different not significant and the highest in P2 (601 g /bird), P1 (63.70%); liver percentage also different not significant and the highest in P3 (5.29%). The addition of red fruit oil to the diet could not improve body weight, carcass and was not significant to liver percentage of broiler chickens.
