Abstract: | The dense population at Uritetu Village, Ambon City, is always experiencing high intensity of rainfall such that flood or water inundation is a reasonable consequence. mainly in Rijali Node (Ka). It disturbs public activity. Some reviews are given in this study: (1) this estimation of overflow debit, dirty water debit, and existing drainage channel capacity, (2) the determination of planned debit, (3) the evaluation and planning of drainage channel which is incapable to contain planned debit, and (4) the recommendation of the water conservation-based inundation management. Result of study indicates that the planned debit of maximum system at DPS Drainage WaiTomu for five-year period as 0.899 m3/dt. The surface overflow debit of maximum surface at Q1.0th is 0.135 m3/dt, while at Q2th is 0.487 m3/dt, Q5th is 0.694 m3/dt, at Q10th is 0.817 m3/dt, and at Q25th is 0.957 m3/dt. The dirt water debit is occurring at 0.106 m3/dt. There are four channels which are not capable to accommodate the planned debit as DPS Drainage WaiTomu. |
