Abstract:	The general election supervisor institute have to excise, because the strategic assessed role and also position in the effort observation of execution of general election according to constitution especially straightened general election ground which direct, free secret and fair and square (Luber & Jurdil). Besides the important role of general election supervisor because all denouncing shall pass one doors that is general election supervisor (Panwaslu). Therefore in executing the duty is hardly expected by general election supervisor can work professionally and also act quickly and accurate in handling every report from public also fi nding from general election supervisor.
