Abstract:	This research was conducted at the Village Paitana Sub Turatea, Jeneponto District of South Sulawesi. This research was aimed to find out: 1) the influence of various water delivery time interval on the growth and production of rice; 2) the influence of the use of organic fertilizer on the growth and production of rice; and 3) the influence of the interaction between the various water delivery time interval with an organic fertilizer on the growth and production of rice. The design used was the Split Plots Design with water treatment intermittent between the drying and flooding during the vegetative phase as the main plot consisted of 4, 6, 8, 10 days of time intervals of providing water. Organic fertilizer as sub plot consisted of 2, 4, 6 tons of organic matter per hectare. The results showed that the interaction between time interval of providing water 4 days and dose of 6 tons of organic matter per hectare was the best treatment indicated by growth and production of rice.
