Abstract:	Yellowing disease is one of the diseases that causes losses for the pepper farmers. The disease is caused by Fusarium spp. associated with nematodes. Losses due to yellowing disease on pepper generally occur on a land which is unfertile and has low soil organic matter content. The survey was conducted at centers of pepper plantation in West Kalimantan, Bangka, and Lampung, in locations with high and low percentages of diseased plants. The population of Fusarium and nematodes was observed by isolation and extraction of soil samples, and identification was done based on morphological character. The results showed that of symptomatic plants, Fusarium fungi and Meloidogyne and Radopholus nematodes could be collected.
