Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of the dimensions of quality management to conduct productive employee. This study is a survey research using an instrument that is designed in the form of a list of questions (questionnaire) to obtain primary data from employees at Sarinda Bread and Bread Factory Youth residing in the city of Ambon. Testing hypotheses using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that the continuous improvement process does not affect the productive employee behavior. The results also show that focuses on the customer influence the productive employee behavior. As well as integrated involvement also influence the productive employee behavior.
