Abstract:	In a study conducted by a researcher, which starts with a problem to study until the publication of research results, which is expected to do to defend ethical values. This is because the research is usually done to solve a problem for the benefit of the people. After the research results are published is a science that belongs to the people. But no one can deny that many ethical violations committed in the collection of data during the investigation, data processing until the publication of research results. This violation at its core is the dishonesty. The need for a code of ethics to guide the research, due to the violation of ethical standards can achieve a level of crime in violation of legal regulations.
