Abstract: This study analysis the relation of organization structure level (LSO) by aspects of performance measurement (APK): financial aspect (AF), customer's satisfaction (KP), internal business operation (OBI), employe's satisfaction (KG), community & shareholders/stakeholders's satisfaction (KKS), timely (W), and also its influence to organizational performance (KO). The respondents are executive at level II,III, and IV at PEMDA Kota Ambon.. Data for the study were collected from 16 Dinas & 6 institutions. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. In total 150 questionnaires were distributed, 81 can be used in analysis. Using structural equation modeling of AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) Program, the result of this study indicates that LSO do not have significant influence to KP, OBI, KG, KKS, and W. LSO have significant influence to AF. OBI have significant influence to AF, KG have significant influence to KKS, and KP have significant influence to W. LSO do not have significant influence to KO directly.
