Abstract:	This research aims (1) to find out correlation between leadership to job with leader performance, (2) to find out correlation between leadership to goals acquired with leader performance (3) to find out correlation between communication of leader with leader performance. Because the number of population are quite a lot, hence, number of employees or staff being used are 30. The samples are taking with purposive method which just pick up the employees that being used as correspondent or sample by see the list of employees and choose the even number of list where sum of samples for each site are 30 employees.From this research , the result are : (1) there is a significant correlation between leadership to job with leader performance, (2) There iss significant correlation between leadership to goals acquired with leader performance, (3) There is a significant correlation between communication of leader with leader performance.
