| Abstract: | Advanced of technology in globalization, it is possible that making a decision is very vital in determining the decisions to be taken by the decision makers. Decision making can be influenced by several aspects, this can affect the speed of decision-making by the decision maker in which decision-making should be fast and accurate. The system is built using the method where the system is making the calculations with potential database of village. The parameters used in this system include such as floor area of less than 8 m2 ground floor of the house form; wall in the form of bamboo: is no facility defecation; does not have electric lighting; umber drinking water from rainwater; fuel for cooking firewood, charcoal or kerosene; week of not eating a ham/chicken; purchase new clothes in a year as many as one set; frequency of meals in a day one or two times; not afford to go to health centers / clinics; employment of household heads are farmers, laborers farmers, fishermen, construction workers, agricultural workers, and the head of household has a level of education, did not finish primary ownership of assets/movable/immovable property. With the decision-making system for the determination of rice for the poor to people who deserve it will greatly assist management in decision making process or to determine who is entitled to receive in accordance with the parameters or raskin established criteria. |
